V Pizza Brier Creek + Flask

Stopped in to Flask for a few drinks with friends. A very unpretentious mixology bar. Our group really enjoyed every cocktail we ordered. Service is quick for a mixology bar, but slower than a regular bar. Shares a patio with V's pizza and their menus are on the tables in Flask

Pizza and wings from V Pizza were delicious - our favorites are the Piccante and the Ala Di Pollo (w/ tomato sauce added). They have a great outdoor seating area that is dog-friendly and drinks from the attached Flask Cocktail Bar are nice

I was told to check this place out because I'm from NJ and am particular about pizza. This is not NY/NJ style pizza. Yes it is thin crust but it is more an artisan style pizza. No pizza by the slice. Personal pizzas with a variety of topping combos. It was quite tasty.

This was our first visit and we got take out for lunch. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich, wet, with the hot giardiniera as I had never had one and it was absolutely everything I thought it would be. There was so much shredded beef and giardiniera I couldn't eat the whole sandwhich and have half of it for this week. My husband got the Calabria wings and he said they were amazing. I can't wait to try the pizza!!

I tried V pizza on a whim because I had a craving. I had the Bella Donne and it was DELICIOUS. The staff was nice and helpful for my first time! I will definitely be back to try their other selections.
